Delivery Charges

Orders placed via our Online shop can only be shipped to address in the UK mainland and Ireland.

Delivery Charges are calculated within the shopping cart as you progress the order, we use this method as all our charges are based on product weight.  This to us was the fairest method of calculating the cost of delivery.

All products (except housing) are desptached via Interlink or Royal Mail depending our your selection in the shopping cart.  We aim to desptach all goods normally with 24 working hours of receipt of order and no longer than 3 working days.  If your order is Urgent please specify this at the time of placing your order using our comments box.

Housing is either desptached from Country Fayre or direct from the manufacturer please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in season as our housing is very popular.  If your requirement is urgent please call or Email us first to confirm whether your requirement can be met.

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Deliveries will not arrive at weekends.

You are responsible for the product once it has been delivered, if an attempted delivery fails (for example if you are not in or have provided the wrong address) then we will notify you regarding the attempted delivery a redelivery will be attempted but if this fails you may be responsible for a further carriage charge or need to arrange collection for your local depot.
