Amending or cancelling an order

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any amendments to orders once they have been placed.

• Cancelling an order before it is shipped If you decide you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • There is no charge or penalty for cancelling your order prior to despatch. With the exception of Housing which attracts a 20% concellation fee to cover admistrative costs.

• Cancelling an order after it is shipped If you decide you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us within 7 working days following the delivery of the order.  We are sorry but we are unable to accept any cancellation of orders for housing. 
  • Please note that an order must be cancelled in full.

We will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.

Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for cancelling your order after despatch with exception of housing, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items to us unless they were defective or you received the wrong items (see Returns & refunds).
